Responsibilities
Greet and provide information to shoppers who visit the mall office
Answer customer service emails
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Help with mall management tasks, including vendor and tenant relations
Requirements
Proven reliability
A great attitude
Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Sheets and similar software
High school degree or equivalent
Hours
Saturday’s and Sunday’s ONLY
Hours will extend during holiday season
