Fayette County Memorial Hospital is in need of facemasks for patients. If you are willing and able, completed masks should be delivered to the front desk of the main hospital building weekdays between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Time to get out my sewing machine!

Daycares will be permitted to reopen May 31, 2020, with a reduced number of children, Gov. DeWine announced today. Some new protocols include workers wearing masks, temperature checks, and children washing their hands when they are dropped off and when they leave for the day. Class sizes will be limited to nine or less for school-age children and six or less for infants.Additional openings are as follows:

May 21, 2020 Campgrounds
May 22, 2020 Horse Racing (without spectators) resumes (No racino or casino openings at this time)
May 26, 2020 Gyms, fitness centers, dance studios and pools. This does NOT include waterparks and amusement parks. Only public pools regulated by a local health department are permitted to open.
May 26, 2020 The BMV will open across the state
May 26, 2020 Low-Contact and No-Contact sports can resume
May 31, 2020 Childcare, daycare and day camps. Protocol and ratios for day camps will be released by end of day May 15, 2020.

Guidance currently available on the coronavirus.ohio.gov website at the time of this email is provided below. The Lt. Governor stated that the remainder of the state guidance will be available by the end of the day tomorrow.
