Good afternoon.

I will start off with OPPORTUNITY as opposed to news! The folks at the Southern Ohio Chamber Alliance have teamed up to provide a FREE webinar for our members “How to succeed at selling remotely in this current time of crisis”

Join them for a special webinar being offered by Lewis VanLandingham with Sandler, who was the keynote speaker at the 2018 SOCA Annual Meeting.

You’ll learn how to:
*Create a successful mindset
* Adjust your approach in light of the current crisis
* Avoid common remote selling pitfalls
* Follow a selling process that puts you in control

This event is free to attend but space is limited, so the session is being offered every day next week from 12:30-1:30 pm EST.

Register in advance here: https://zoom.us/meeting/register/upclduiurj4ttpGzp4IUX78aig5Tr57mjA and if the date you want is full, please pick another date. All attendees will receive an offer to download a free copy of Sandler’s e-book on leveraging LinkedIn and 12-months of free access to Sandler’s E-Learning Library.

MANUFACTURING COMPANIES – Ohio needs your help!

The OMA, OHA, Ohio MEP, JobsOhio and their network partners are supporting Governor DeWine’s iniative to produce in-demand items for the fight against COVID-19. If you are a manufacturer and feel you have the capability and capacity to help, please go to repurposingproject.com. Once there, you will be able to see a complete list of all needed items and then how you can help. All questions regarding this iniative should be directed to repurposingproject@ohiomfg.com.

Today, Governor DeWine signed an executive order that is aimed at helping small businesses with mortgage and rent payments. In the order, he asks lenders and landlords to work with small businesses and suspend payments for 90 days. I will relay further information as it becomes available.

As reported in last night’s email, the link to the new relief loan application is shown below. If you applied prior to yesterday or received an email that you must reapply, please use this link: https://covid19relief.sba.gov/#

Regarding the available loan programs, I firmly believe we are all in state of information overload. I am attaching the following links for you to review. These have all been provided to me by our SBDC. I hope you find this helpful!
